PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent hard coat layer-bearing film in which the visibility troubles of glittering, iris-like reflection and the like caused by the specific unevenness of thickness in a constituting layer are solved, and which is excellent in the durability against temperature, moisture and light, transparency, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, stainproof property and further visibility. SOLUTION: The transparent hard coat layer-bearing film(HCF) is prepared by forming at least a transparent hard coat layer(HC) on a base material (F) of a transparent plastic film. In an arbitrary 5 cm×5 cm square(S) of the hard coat layer-bearing film, interference stripes consisting of deep color parts and light color parts generated by a three wavelength fluorescent lamp and having the stripe pitch of <=5 mm exist only in the area of <=1/10 of the above square(S) by area ratio. |
