PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical bus circuit board which can reduce a light coupling loss in an optical data buss. SOLUTION: This optical bus circuit board is provided with a mother board 10 on which a plurality of optical parts and electronic parts are mounted, a fixed board 11 on which a first light guide 2 for transmitting an optical signal and a second light guide 3 one end of which is connected to the first light guide 2 and the other ends of which are optically connected to the optical parts are mounted, and an aligning board 12 which has through holes 13 for aligning the optical parts and the second light guide 3. The other ends of the second light guide 3 are inserted into the through holes 13 of the aligning board 12, and the fixed board 11 is fixed to the mother board 10.
