PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion property evaluation method for preventing the coagulation of pigment being painted caused by excessive dispersion, even if the paint is circulated in line paint, when evaluating the dispersion property in pigment in the manufacturing process of paint, and to provide a pigment coagulation preventing paint. SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion property evaluation method is executed by the centrifugal settlement method in a method for evaluating the dispersion property of pigment in paint. Also, the pigment coagulation preventing paint is manufactured by the evaluation method.
