PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with waterproofing treatment to a connector installation part of an electric heater or a power source connector, and to a cord extended from the power source connector, and simply conduct connection work of the power source connector to the connector installation part when the electric heater is installed from a space outside a cabin for the purpose of maintenance performance. SOLUTION: A through hole 39 is formed at a part of a heater case 2 facing a space 25A in the cabin, and the connector installation part 40 to be connected to the power source connector 41 is provided at a part of the electric heater 37 facing the through hole 39. The power source connector 41 can thus be installed onto the connector installation part 40 from the outside of the heater case 2 through the through hole 39.
