PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorating device wherein the decorating property and the amusement property are increased by changing the appearance by a simple operation, and the change of feeling can be obtained, in the place of a decorating means such as a conventional flower ornament having a fixed constitution wherein the appearance configuration cannot be changed. SOLUTION: This decorating device is equipped with a central decorative section 2, openable decorating members 3, an operating means 4, and a closing means 5. In this case, a plurality of the openable decorating members 3 are arranged along the outer peripheral edge of the central decorative section 2, and are equipped with decorative surfaces on both of the front and rear surfaces. The opening means 4 urges or holds the openable decorating members at an opening location. The closing means 5 displaces or deforms all or one section of the openable decorating members under the opened state to a closing location.
