PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug-type insert holder which can be easily manipulated. SOLUTION: The plug part 11 of the insert holder 10 has a flange part 15 spreading on a collar in the outer peripheral direction on the frame side of a sealing part. When a protrusion part 20 of the insert holder 10 is screwed into a setting hole 41, the setting face 12 of the flange part 15 comes into contact with the surface 40a of the frame, so that the protrusion part 20 can no longer be screwed way inside beyond certain limits. In addition, even when an insert holder 70 covering the opening end of an insert 6 is screwed into the plug part 11, this screwing operation cannot be achieved beyond the flange part 15 acting as a stopper. Since the flange part 15 functions as the stopper, the protrusion part 20 is screwed into the setting hole 41 by rotating the insert holder 10 holding the insert 6. On the contrary, it is possible to first fit the insert holder 10 into the frame and then set the insert 6 in the insert holder 10.
