<p>Titanium dioxide specified enamel frits capable of being colored in melt-state are prepared from the following compsn. (all wt.%-s): 35-48 SiO2 7-19 TiO2 10-17 B2O3 7-12 Na2O 2-7 K2O 1-10 Na3AlF6 3-10 Na2SiF6 and/or K2SiF6 and/or CaF2 1-5 P2O5 and/or ZnO, and/or MgO 0-10 ZrO2 0-2 CCr2O3 and/or MnO2 and/or Fe2O3 and/or CoO, and/or NiO, and/or CuO. It is characteristic of this process, that the raw-material mixt. is melted by oxygen enriched air.</p> |
