PURPOSE: A process of preparing a functional egg is provided by storing eggs in an egg storage applied with a mixture of tourmaline powder and loess for a specified time and then vibrating the eggs in tourmaline powder. Whereby, the eggs are low in cholesterol content and removed in Salmonella. CONSTITUTION: Tourmaline power and loess are mixed in a weight ratio of 0.5-1.5 to 4-6, kneaded in water, applied to an inner wall and ceiling of an egg storage and then dried. Eggs are stored in the egg storehouse for 8 to 10hr while controlling the temperature of the egg storage in the range of 3 to 5deg.C in time intervals of 1hr, based on 38 to 42deg.C. Thereafter, the eggs are inserted into a vibration box, filled with tourmaline powder and vibrated at 38 to 42deg.C at a speed of 20 to 40 rounds/min for 8 to 12min. |
