PURPOSE: An image intensifier is provided to allow a doctor to easily make judgement on the operation by displaying a large part of the patient onto a single screen. CONSTITUTION: An image intensifier comprises sensors attached for sensing the state of five articulations of a human body. The relationship between the characteristic state of the machine and image is calculated, and the result of calculation is displayed onto a monitor. As a result, superior result of operation is obtained by permitting the doctor to easily make judgement on the operation.
