GYPSUM COMPOSITION AND HIGH DENSITY GYPSUM BOARD AND THEIR MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gypsum composition and to provide a high density gypsum board having high screw-holding force, which can reuse waste while utilizing its characteristics, and to provide a method for efficiently and inexpensively manufacturing them. SOLUTION: The high density gypsum board is manufactured by manufacturing the gypsum composition consisting essentially of α-type gypsum hemihydrate and in which pulp sludge is compounded and aging and hardening a planar body obtained by molding under pressure a kneaded matter in which the gypsum composition is used as a main raw material and to which 1-10 wt.% reinforcing material and 30-50 wt.% water are added while giving vibration.
