<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively reusing waste concrete, waste mortar, or the like, as a cement raw material. SOLUTION: A pulverized product of a hardened cement such as waste concrete is slurried by mixing it with a strong alkali solution to decompose sulfate in the cement and to reduce an SO3 content in a solid content and the slurry is subjected to solid-liquid separation and the recovered solid content is reused as the cement raw material.</p> |
