PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet having a sticking preventing layer which prevents scratches on a light guide plate or the like to be stacked and to provide a back light unit which prevents an illuminance irregularity caused due to scratches by using the above optical sheet. SOLUTION: The sheet consists of a transparent base material layer 2, an optical functional layer 3 formed on the top surface of the base material layer 2, and a sticking preventing layer 4 laminated on the back surface of the base material layer 2. The sticking preventing layer 4 has such a structure that beads 6 are dispersed in a binder 5 and the lower part of the beads 6 protrudes from the back surface of the binder 5 in a layer state. The particle size of the beads is uniform and the protruding rate of the beads 6 is 10% to 50%.
