VENTILATION SYSTEM AND VENTILATION EQUIPMENT FOR BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation system for a building which does not require any new air inlet when the system ventilates a room while the system always ventilating a bathroom and a lavatory. SOLUTION: This ventilation system for building is provided with an intake route 16 through which the air OA on the outside of a building is taken into the building, and an exhaust route 9 for room ventilation through which the air RA in the building is exhausted to the outside of the building and which constitutes an air route separated from an exhaust route 26 for the lavatory and bathroom. The intake amount of the air OA of the intake route 16 is set larger than the exhausting amount of the air RA through the exhaust route 9 so that the intake amount may become almost coincident with the total amount of the air exhausted from the building. Consequently, the occurrence of drafts can be prevented and the need of the additional installation of a new air inlet can be eliminated.
