PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath type anchor and its grout method capable of filling grout to a plurality of places by using one filling pipe without requiring a remote operation means. SOLUTION: A tensioning member 2 and one grouting pipe 3 are arranged inside a covering pipe 4, a water sealing plate 5 separating inner grout and external grout is provided at the tip of the covering pipe, and a grout adapter 7 having an air vent cock 71 at the rear end of the covering pipe is provided. At the grouting pipe, a first opening 31 opening to the inside of the covering pipe and a second opening 32 opening to the outside are provided, inner grout is filled through the first opening, when the air vent cock is closed and the inner pressure of the filling pipe reaches a predetermined value, the opening and closing valve 6 attached to the second opening is opened and the external grout is filled.
