PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition comprising multilayered structural polymer particles and capable of providing a molded product retaining transparency essential to the composition without causing discoloration of the molded product and defective flow due to thermal deterioration in the composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by mixing (A) a multilayered structural polymer particle having (I) a rubber component layer formed by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising an acrylic ester and a polyfunctional monomer and (II) a thermoplastic resin component layer formed by copolymerization of a monomer mixture comprising a methacrylic ester and other monomers, and satisfying the following conditions (1) to (3) with (B) a heat stabilizer comprising a hindered phenolic heat stabilizer alone or a mixture of the hindered phenolic heat stabilizer with a sulfur-based heat stabilizer under melting conditions. (1) <=30,000 number-average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin component constituting the outermost layer, (2) (30/70) to (90/10) mass ratio of the layer (I)/layer (II) and (3) <=150 nm average particle diameter.
