SOLUTION: The negative plate for Fresnel lens suitable for forming a lens layer with a UV-curable resin and excellent in shock resistance and environmental resistance employs a specified rubber modified styrenic resin having a rubber- like elastic body as dispersed particles and a copolymer of a styrenic monomer and an acrylic (methacrylic) ester monomer as a continuous phase.
