PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrocorrosion preventive structure of an underwater rotating machinery capable of efficiently carrying out electrocorrosion prevention of a motor shaft and a rotor while holding abrasion resistance of the rotor in an underwater pump, etc. SOLUTION: The rotor 4 is installed on a load side derivated part 1a of the motor shaft 1 by a fixture 5a such as a nut for fastening, a hexagonal head bolt, etc., and a double nut 5b for locking made of baser metal than the motor shaft and its fixture 5a in natural electric potential is screwed on its front end part. This double nut 5b prevents electrocorrosion of the motor shaft 1 and the rotor 4 as a sacrifice anode in the underwater.
