PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water type heating device capable of fully heating a throttle body. SOLUTION: The hot water type heating device for an internal combustion engine has a liquid passage for heating the throttle body to prevent icing on the intake passage of the engine. Indentations is formed at the inner surface of the liquid passage.
