OUTFLOW PART STRUCTURE FOR STANDPIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a water flow rate flowing out from the lower end of a standpipe by means of a simple and small structure. SOLUTION: On a fixed bottom face 1a of the lower end lower part of the standpipe 2 for dropping water, an upward storage weir 11 constructed of a standing plate 10 surrounding the lower end part outer circumference of the standpipe 2 over a predetermined vertical length at an annular interval is fixed, and a standpipe outflow port 12 is formed in the stand pipe to be positioned below the upper edge of the storage weir 11.
