<p>The installation, designed to treat a number of patients at the same time, has a series of dialysis generators (18), a water feed with a main duct (40) and branches (15, 28, 33), a pump (12) and a reverse osmosis water purifier (17) for each dialysis unit. The main duct (40) is closed at its downstream end, and the pump is designed to raise the water pressure in the duct to a level above the osmosis pressure to allow reverse osmosis water treatment. Downstream of each reverse osmosis purifier the water distribution branches (15, 28, 33) have a hydraulic connector (31) and a graduated pressure valve (35) set for a pressure below the osmosis pressure and defining the feed pressure for the dialysis unit.</p> |
