PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a β glucan-containing oil and fat composition from which β-glucan having excellent organism control function can be supplied without lowering flavor, palatability, or the like. SOLUTION: This β glucan-containing oil and fat composition comprises a β-glucan containing two or more kinds of 1-2, 1-3, 1-4 and 1-6-β-D- glucopyranose bonds extracted from a plant of the family Gramineae being barley or oats. A bakery product, confectionery and food having preventive action on life-style related disease comprise the β glucan-containing oil and fat composition. |
