PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic transporter with increased powder or fluid transporting efficiency, a developer capable of performing development with a high image quality by using the electrostatic transporter, an image former capable of forming a high quality image by using the developer, and a classifier capable of efficiently performing classification by using the electrostatic transporter.
