PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift actuator of a transmission using an solenoid capable of generating large thrust in an intermediate part of a stroke range, and capable of obtaining large operation force in a synchronous position of the solenoid and a synchronizer. SOLUTION: This solenoid constitutes the shift actuator of the solenoid and the transmission, and has an electromagnetic coil, a fixed iron core excited by the electromagnetic coil, a first movable iron core arranged so as to be capable of contacting and separating to the fixed iron core, a second movable iron core slidably fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the first movable iron core, and a push rod installed on the first movable iron core, and is constituted so that the second movable iron core and the first movable iron core integrally move until the second movable iron core abuts to a second suction part of the fixed iron core, and only the first movable iron core moves toward a first suction part of the fixed iron core after the second movable iron core abuts to the second suction part. A position for allowing the second movable iron core to abut to the second suction part is set so as to correspond to a position just after the synchronous position of the synchronizer. |
