PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fibers which have hydrophilicity, namely an electrolyte- holding property, and have an excellent drawing thinning property, a low fineness and an excellent strength after divided. SOLUTION: The fibers containing a mixture of a polyamide with an ethylene-vinyl alcohol-based copolymer having an ethylene content of 5 to 70 mol.% as one component satisfies the following expression (1): breaking strength (cN/dtex)×breaking elongation (%)>=70 (cN/dtex.%) (1). |
