PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin solution composition which makes the best use of excellent characteristics of a modified poly(butene-1), has improved preservation stability, a low melting temperature, provides excellent coating film properties as a coating and an adhesive and is suitable for uses of a coating and an adhesive. SOLUTION: This resin solution composition for a coating or an adhesive comprises 10-30 wt.% in a solid content concentration of an acid modified butene-1/α-olefin-based copolymer obtained by modifying a butene-1/α-olefin- based copolymer comprising 65-85 mol% of a butene-1 component and 15-35 mol% of a 2-8C α-olefin component except the butene-1 component as polymerization components with 0.5-5 wt.% of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride in an organic solvent in a dissolved state. |
