PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine stimulating or enhancing the production of an antibody to gp75 in a test object administered therewith. SOLUTION: This vaccine, which stimulates or enhances the immune response to gp75 in a test object administered therewith, comprises an expression vector adapted to the expression in a host containing a DNA sequence essential to the replication of a vector bound to an isolated cDNA molecule encoding the amino acid sequence of gp75 encoded by a portion of about 2.7 kb of plasmid GP75 E-1 (in Escherichia coil, deposited as ATCC accession No.68565) with both ends divided by EcoRI, an effective amount of an adjuvant, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
