PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control damper capable of not only reducing a resonance magnifying power but also suppressing the fluctuation of a resonance point frequency and to provide a vibration control medium sealed in the vibration control damper. SOLUTION: The vibration control medium, which is blended with a granular object dispersively held by polymethylsilsesquioxane powder in silicone oil at the ratio of 5-15 vol.% to a viscous fluid obtained by mixing polymethylsilsesquioxane powder with dimethyl silicone oil, is sealed in the vibration control damper. |
