PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay reagent and an immunoassay kit having very high measuring sensitivity compared with a conventional immunoassay reagent. SOLUTION: Two or more of antibody groups (polyclonal antibodies) having high affinity capable of recognizing preferentially different epitopes having a size equal to or larger than an antigen molecule are selected, and the immunoassay kit having sensitivity higher than the assay reagent used conventionally is provided by using combiningly the selected polyclonal antibodies.
