PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidified anticoagulant composition free from generation of hemolysis and high in solubility, when mixed with blood. SOLUTION: The anticoagulant composition is prepared by vacuum drying of an aqueous solution containing theophylline, adenosine, dipyridamole, a citrate, a hemocyte protecting agent, and a dissolution accelerator.
