PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operating device improving the efficiency of the assembling/positioning work and the fitting/removing workability of a master cylinder. SOLUTION: A pin inserting hole 15 is provided on a master cylinder fitting face 5 formed by extending a bracket 3 below a clutch pedal arm 1, a pin hooking hole 16 is provided on a fitting plate 7 provided on the master cylinder 6, and the pin hooking hole 16 is hooked on a pin 17 inserted into the pin inserting hole 15 to removably lock the master cylinder 6 on the master cylinder fitting face 5.
