The spatula comprises a plate with differently curved edges. It has a cutting edge (3) formed by a section of the edge (2) whose diameter decreases at an acute angle outwards at right angles to the plane of the plate. The cutting edge can be straight and forms a right angle (7) with an adjoining section (4) of the edge. A vertical section (4-6) of the edge is defined by an edge (9,10) running parallel to the plane of the plate (1). The width of the edge can be larger than the diameter of the centre of the plate. The plate has web-like projections (11,12) whose end-side edges have different curvatures. |
