CONTROL SYSTEM OF AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT FOR SHEET BELT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A control system of automation equipment for sheet belt assembly and a method thereof are provided to produce sheet belt assemblies on a massive scale by using a control command of a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). CONSTITUTION: An input part(610) processes input signals of various sensors. A power supply part(620) provides different voltages to a PLC. The first and the second micro computer circuit parts(650,660) are connected with a CPU(Central Processing Unit)(630) through an interface(640). The CPU(630) is connected with a stepping motor drive part(631), a noise filter(632), a memory part(633), and the first and the second micro computer circuit parts(650,660). An output part(670) transmits output signals of the CPU(630) and the first and the second micro computer circuit parts(650,660) to various cylinders, various valves, and various lamps.
