DIELECTRIC FILTER, DIELECTRIC DUPLEXER, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A dielectric filter, a dielectric duplexer and a communication device are provided to improve a profile by comprising a dielectric substrate on which a plurality of dielectric resonators and a plurality of electric devices are mounted. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric substrate(1) is formed by the resin-insulating layer(2) on which a top electrode(4), having a thickness of 18 micrometer, is formed on one of the surfaces thereof. The surface of the top electrode(4) may be Ni plated or Au plated. A penetrating through hole having a predetermined shape is formed in the resin-insulating layer(2), preferably using a press or the like. A bottom electrode(3), preferably having a thickness of about 15 to 150 micrometer, is provided over most of the bottom surface of the resin-insulating layer(2), preferably by thermocompression bonding. The bottom electrode(3) serves as a weight-bearing support surface for the dielectric resonators.
