PURPOSE: An electric signboard of a vehicle is provided to protect a passenger, and to prevent accidents and theft by displaying the direction of a vehicle during traveling and messages in an emergency through the signboard in the rear part of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An electric signboard system of a vehicle is composed of an electric signboard(10) installed in the vehicle; a memory unit(20) memorizing an alarm message to be displayed on the signboard; an operating unit(30) outputting a prescribed alarm message among alarm messages in the memory unit by outputting a signal; and a control unit(40) assisting the operation unit to display the alarm message on the signboard. The situation of the vehicle is displayed with installing the signboard in the rear part of the vehicle. The driver and passengers are protected with showing messages on the signboard in an emergency.
