PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily monitor charging condition and exhausted condition of a battery for an automobile in the vehicle. SOLUTION: Charging condition and exhausted condition of the battery is judged by displaying a mean voltage of the battery in the normal condition and displaying a differential voltage between the mean voltage and a battery voltage when an electrical load is applied. A driver can grasp the charging condition with the normal driving and the exhausted condition of the battery by flashing a passing light.
