OPTICAL BEAM HEATING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical beam heating method and its device that realize reduction in heating time and improvement in post-machining appearance quality by suppressing cooling effect by hot air. SOLUTION: Cooling effect by hot air can be suppressed by blowing off the hot air to an area 5 to be heated with a hot air blowing means 23 only during the time corresponding to the preheating time by irradiation with an optical beam; therefore, it shortens soldering time, improves quality in soldering appearance, and facilitates soldering operation.
