<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an efficient operation of a melting furnace to be carried out by performing a rated collection of material to be melted, improve a durability of the melting furnace by attaining composition suitable for a refractory substance, enable the melting furnace to be operated at a low melting temperature, and at the same time enable waste material at a facility having no power generating facility to be stably melted and processed. SOLUTION: Waste material processing plants 1 to 4 provided with two power generating facilities 11, 12 and melting furnaces 13, 14 are connected to an information monitoring center 5 from each other by a communicating means; the processing plants 1 to 4 are provided with storing sites 15 to 18 for storing material to be melted in reference to its characteristic; there are mounted plant terminals 6 to 9 for inputting plant information 21 including states of each of the storing sites 15 to 18 and power generating state; the plant information 21 sent from each of the processing plants 1 to 4 is received at the information monitoring center 5 and monitored there; and there is installed a center terminal machine 10 for sending distribution information 22 instructing a transportation to each of the specified processing plants 1 to 4 where giving or receiving the material to be melted is desired in response to the requirements of each of the processing plants 1 to 4.</p> |
