RUBBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND EXTRUSION MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composite material controlling oil bleed, having excellent resistance to permanent set in fatigue and surface appearance, to provide a method for producing the same and to obtain an extrusion molding. SOLUTION: This rubber composite material comprises 90-60 wt.% of a crosslinked recycled EPDM which is at least partially crosslinked and 10-40 wt.% of a polypropylene, the crosslinked recycled EPDM has >=70% gel fraction. The surface roughness RzD (JIS B 0601) of Garvey die extrusion molding (ASTM D 2230) obtained from the rubber composite material is <30μm.
