PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire preventive structure capable of removing a fire door structure even if an eccentric folding door is equipped with a door having different size. SOLUTION: The front end of a pivot 3 provided to the pivot center of a longer door 18 is connected to the inside of a guide rail 16 fixed to the inside of an upper frame 30, and the longer door 18 is capable of being rotated and being moved along the guide rail 16 with the pivot 34 as the center. A movable fire preventive weir 35 set along the whole direction of the frontage of the upper frame 30 is supported in a movable manner. A slidable plate 39 is stuck on the shoulder section of the longer door 18 in opposition to the fire preventive weir 35. When the door is closed, the fire preventive weir is set in a screen state by its self-weight. When a door opening operation is made, the slidable plat 39 is slidably brought into contact with the fire preventive weir 35 in a cross state, and the fire preventive weir 35 is pushed upward.
