METHOD FOR PREVENTING SHAPE OF BAND COIL FOR PACKAGING FROM COLLAPSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly prevent a shape of a band coil for packaging made by coiling a thermoplastic resin band from collapsing. SOLUTION: A bound band 3 is passed through a hollow portion 1a of a band coil 1 for packaging and is wound along a direction of the axis of the coil to bind groups 2...2 of the thermoplastic resin bands and further a thermoplastic resin band 2 and a bound band 3 of the outer circumference portion and the inner circumference portion of the band coil 1 for packaging (or the outer circumference portion or the inner circumference portion of the band coil 1 for packaging) are fixed by hot melting thereby to prevent a position gap of the thermoplastic resin band 2 and prevent a shape of the band coil from collapsing.
