PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing and casing apparatus for agricultural products which can be formed at a low cost by reducing a cost of the apparatus itself and a control cost and saving a trouble of adjusting a weighing machine and with which a stable cased state with a uniform weight can be easily obtained. SOLUTION: The weighing and easing apparatus for agricultural products includes a supply means for supplying the agricultural products, a weighing means having a hopper which receives the products supplied from the supply means and temporarily receives them for weighing a weight of the hopper, agricultural product carrying means which can be normally and reversely rotated and provided with their carrying directions approximately orthogonal to each other below the hopper at a terminal end of the supply means for receiving the products supplied from the hopper to carry them to both sides of the carrying direction of the supply means, and storage box carrying means provided respectively at both ends of the carrying directions of the agricultural product carrying means for carrying/making standby the storage boxes below the terminal end of the product carrying means. The hopper has at least two shutters which are vertically placed and can be opened/closed.
