PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of assembling a propeller shaft with a balancing weight in an efficiently workable manner. SOLUTION: The structure of assembling a propeller shaft 12 with a balancing weight 10 comprises the propeller shaft 12 and the balancing weight 10 having almost the same curvature as that of the outer diameter of the propeller shaft 12. The balancing weight 10 is adhered to the propeller shaft 12 with an adhesive 13 and the balancing weigh 10 is held at its outside on the propeller shaft 12 with a metal band 14 or a metal wire rod.
