PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin monitoring system capable of preliminarily avoiding danger to a man or animal in a cabin. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an infrared sensor 15 to detect a man or animal in the cabin 7, a temperature sensor 16 to detect temperature in the cabin 7, gas sensors 21, 22, and 23 detect harmful gas in the cabin 7, and an alarm means 17 to alarm abnormality when a detected value of the temperature sensor and/or detected values of the gas sensors are beyond respectively set safety ranges.
