PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil cooler installing structure of a marine engine preventing drop in filling efficiency caused by rising of intake air temperature. SOLUTION: This oil cooler installing structure of the marine engine mounts the engine 8 on the inside of an almost water-tightly formed hull 2, supplies lubricating oil of an oil tank 40 to the engine 8 with a feed pump 41, and returns the supplied lubricating oil to the oil tank 40 with a scavenge pump 42. An oil cooler 50 is installed in a lubricating oil passage between the oil tank 40 and the scavenge pump 42.
