PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain energy saving effect due to reduction of outside air load, without increasing installation costs and work execution costs in a building requiring piping facilities. SOLUTION: In an outside air load reduction system 1 which reduces external air conditioning load by heat-exchanging outside air and the building, a pipe pit 3 which is made as closed space under the floor of a building for installation of piping for facilities, an outside air introduction path 5 which connects this pipe pit 3 with outside so as to take outside air into the pipe pit 3, an in-pit air leading-out path 7 which is connected to the pipe pit 3 separated for a distance required for the outside air taken in this outside air introduction port 5 to exchange heat with the body from the outside air introduction port 5, and an air supply fan 9 which takes out the outside air after heat exchange within the pipe bit 3 and supplies it to a living room 9 connected to this in-pit air leading-out path 7, are provided. |
