PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening and closing apparatus for an opening and closing body for car which is capable of improving the operation stability. SOLUTION: The automatic opening and closing apparatus for opening and closing body for car is equipped with a DC motor 27 capable of changing the rotation speed to low and high speeds by switching the electrical angle of brushes 27a, 27b, 27c and 27d, a driving device 21 of the opening and closing body driving the motor 27, a position detecting means 16 detecting the position of the opening and closing body 2, and an opening and closing body controller 11 capable of switching the rotation speed of the motor 27 to low speed and high speed. The opening and closing body controller 11 switches the motor 27 to the low speed when the position detecting means 16 detects that the opening and closing body 2 in moving state is inside the predetermined range from the fully closed position and inside the predetermined range from the fully open position, and it switches to the high speed when the position detecting means 16 detects that the opening and closing body 2 is outside the predetermined range. |
