摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce a large number of sample chips by spotting a large number of fixed samples onto a substrate small in an occupied volume at one operation, and to make efficient analytical work by spotting a large number of reaction samples at one operation to react with the fixed samples, using the sample chips. SOLUTION: Suction and delivery operation members 29 are connected to be selectively communicated to a large number of suction members 23 and dispenser members 47 consistent with tire number of the spotted fixed samples, a fixed sample solution sucked and reserved in the each suction and delivery operation member 29 is delivered from the each dispenser member 47 into each hole of a thin film formed coatedly on the substrate 53 to prepare the sample chips, under the condition where the suction and delivery operation members 29 are selectively communicated to the respective suction members 23. A washing liquid is made to pass through insides of the each dispenser member 47, the each operation member 29 and the each suction member 23 to be washed respectively. A reaction sample solution sucked and reserved by the each suction and delivery operation member 29 is dispensed from the each dispenser member 47 onto the each fixed sample on the substrate 53 to react therebetween, under the condition where the suction and delivery operation members 29 are selectively communicated to the respective suction members 23.
