PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic separation/extraction device having a low- priced agitation part of simple mechanism capable of setting thereon any of micro plates different in shape, and surely carrying out the positioning of a micro plate after an agitating motion. SOLUTION: The agitation part 3 is provided with a lock means 3a capable of holding a micro plate 7. A conveyance means 5 actuates the lock means 3a to hold the micro plate 7 on the agitation part 3. Further, the lock means 3a is provided with a plurality of actuation bars 3b1 and 3b2 different in lengths from a fulcrum. A flat table 12 is provided allowing the micro plate 7 to be placed thereon. After the micro plate 7 is placed on the table 12 by the conveyance means 5, the micro plate 7 is gripped with hands 5a of the conveyance means 5 from two directions 90 degrees apart from each other. |
