PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an injection molding resin is transferred to the surface of a thermoplastic sheet at the time of injection molding or a surface pattern becomes thin or disappears. SOLUTION: A thermoforming mold 32, a thermoforming mechanism for bringing the heated and softened thermoplastic sheet S1 arranged in opposed relation to the molding surface 32a of the thermoforming mold 32 into close contact with the molding surface 32a by thermoforming, the closed space forming mold 42 which forms a closed space for injection molding communicating with the molding surface 32a when arranged at the closing position opposed to the molding surface 32a, and an injection molding mechanism which injects an injection molding resin in the closed space to mold the same when the thermoplastic sheet S1 comes into close contact with the molding surface 32a and the closed space forming mold 42 is arranged to the closing position, are provided. Since the thermoplastic sheet S1 thermoformed at the time of injection molding is not shifted from the mold and coincides with the shape of the mold, the injection molding resin is not transferred to the surface of the thermoplastic sheet S1, and the surface pattern does not become thin or disappears.
