PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly water-tight device for an outdoor sill flat sash single sliding door having high air/water tightness of a barrier free type forming the upper surface of a sash sill into the flat, excellent even in a drainage property for rain water or the like and having high water proofing property against an indoor leakage of water. SOLUTION: The upper surface of the sash sill is formed into the approximately flat surface, a ventilator sliding piece is hung down from a ventilator bottom rail side wall sliding the flat surface, a sill recess section having a ventilator sliding groove guiding the ventilator sliding piece is provided to the sill, a horizontal tight member is made to lie between the ventilator sliding piece and a sill recess section side wall to form a lateral seal line (A) when the ventilator is closed, a vertical tight member is made to lie between an aspect directional side face of a vertical rib set in a vertical direction and a ventilator meeting stile aspect directional side face to form a longitudinal seal line (B) between a head and the sill, and the lateral seal line (A) and the longitudinal seal line (B) are continuously tied with each other. If necessary, a sill recess section drain outlet connected to the open air is provided to the bottom of the sill recess section, the flat surface drain outlet located between the vertical rib set in the vertical direction and the ventilator meeting stile in the case the ventilator is closed is provided in the vicinity of the vertical tight member between the head and the sill.
